About Me
From New Zealand, now based in Squamish, Canada
I graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education, Double Majoring in Exercise Prescription and Management as well as Exercise and Sports Science.
Since then I've had the pleasure to coach athletes to Masters World Championships, Top 5 Overall Elite Enduro World Cup Results and other international race results.
I combine sports physiology science and continued education, with my elite racing experience to provide a tailored coaching program for the athletes, and teams I work with.
Who do I work with?
You might be a professional racer with 30+ hours to train, or you might have family, work and life to balance, with only a few hours a week to ride.
I work with riders across New Zealand, Australia and North America. Other countries welcome. Where possible we meet in person as much as possible and via TrainingPeaks, texting and regular video calls.

I provide all training plans via Training Peaks. The software allows us to make a detailed plan, monitor progress and provide feedback.
Training Options
I only offer one option for training - fully customised and personal.
We build a plan for you. Working from a "foundations of success" to discover what will work best for your goals, life and time. We build in mental skills exercises, simple off-bike strength practices, nutrition basics and build through to race strategy, practice strategy while making regular adjustments throughout.
